Fleurish Flower Mandala Meditation – Friday, April 11 6pm-7pm Supply

Join Mary at Fleurish, a unique Flower Mandala meditation class enhanced by the soothing sounds of a Zaphir Chime sound bath. This sensorial experience invites you to connect deeply with nature and your inner self through the touch, texture, color, and scent of fresh flowers. At the start of the session, you will personally select and intuitively arrange flowers in a bowl with a small amount of water.

Following this, you will be guided through a meditation accompanied by the harmonious tones of Zaphir chimes, whose resonance is carefully designed according to Da Vinci’s Golden Ratio principles for optimal sound quality. Each chime is attuned to specific musical scales, chakras, seasons, earth elements, and zodiac signs, creating a multi-layered experience that aligns with both natural and cosmic rhythms.

Whether you are drawn to the vibrant energy of spring, the warmth of summer, the introspection of autumn, or the stillness of winter, this class offers a transformative journey for the mind, body, and spirit.

You will take your beautiful creations home in your own containers. The class includes flowers and a container bowl.

Mary Mello of Botanic Flora Apothecary creates small batch apothecary using flower essences for healing. She is also a Science & Technology Color Specialist with over 30 years of industrial color knowledge. She is excited to teach her knowledge of flower essences and the high vibrational healing power of flowers.
