Digging in the dirt is one of the most grounding activities we can do for our bodies! It literally connects our energy with that of Mother Earth—fantastic for anxious and wandering minds.

Join Kate for a fun, mindful activity that will help settle the mind by providing students with a center of focus, not just for the class period but for the long term. Each participant will plant seeds in small take-home pots. During the planting process, we will incorporate a meditation to connect with our seeds and the soil, ensuring we infuse them with positive energy.

The take-home package will include a small journal as a reminder to stay mindful of the seed’s growth, observe details, and document findings. These mindfulness practices will encourage awareness and personal growth, allowing each child to flourish alongside their seeds!

This class is offered to school age children 6-12 years of age and gathering is limited to 8 children. Please wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty.
